my ipod wont download music so i can listen offline

so i turn my playlists to offline and i am sitting next to my computer and they are both connected to the same wifi..

but the songs are not syncing or downloading to my iphone so i can listen to them offline...

why?

it has worked before but will not work for the last week now.. i have spotify premium..

Hey hevp001,

You should make sure your iPhone is showing up under the Devices tab in Spotify on your computer when you're connected to the same Wifi network. I know that for some big, public Wifi networks (like my school's University-wide wifi), Spotify will not recognize your device due to certain firewall restrictions.

If you are on a private, home network and your device is still not registering on your computer, you should reset your router and firewall settings and see if that helps.

Also, it's always a good idea to check if you have enough room on your phone to store all the music you want to download!
