premium account not working

premium account not working

a few days ago my account just blanked out - coundn't get in without multiple password resets and now my playlists are all gone, and any personalizations have disappeared.  Please help!

It sound like you might be logged into a duplicate account. To check, do you log in with a username or by clicking 'Log In With Facebook'? 

 

Does it look the same across more than one device for you?

 

If you're convinced that it's your main account that looks different, we'd recommend getting in contact with us directly via email, or by tweeting our support handle. We'll be able to help you out further and take a look under the hood.
