premium does'nt work aftet changing iphone

Hi,

 

My account is gabriel.ansel and since I changed my iphone my premium account is not recognized on my mobile (although it is on my computer...)

 

Can you help me ?

That is strange, have you tried logging out and back in on your phone a few times (also try restarting the phone)?

Thanks for your answer.

 

Yes, I restart the app. and even removed it.

It work now since I delete cookies from safari and restart the iphone.

 

It seems like it created a second account with the same e-mail...

Strange.

Its amazingly easy to do, I'm guessing one account is created using Facebook and the other using Spotify. 

Not to worry, just pop the Spotify team a message on the online contact form and they will be able to remove the extra one for you.
