My Question or Issue

Your Episodes - Which is the default playlist, provided by Spotify to save Podcast episodes is not working on the watch. It doesn't display anything, unlike my phone, which works fine and displays the saved episodes. Tried clean catch, delete application and reinstall, everything, but this just doesn't work.

Hi @L92!

Could you let us know the exact version of Spotify you're running? Also, does this occur with both WiFi and Mobile data? If possible, try connecting to a different WiFi network to see if you'd get the same behavior.

In case the issue persists, try re-pairing your iPhone with your Apple Watch.

Let us know how it goes. Cheers!

Hi.

It happens on wifi and mobile data as well. It also happens with different wifis also. Im using the latest version of Spotify always. Tried repairing, didn't help.

Hey @L92,

Thanks for getting back to us.

In this case, we suggest that you try following these steps to see if they make the difference:

  • Restart your watch
  • Reinstall the app on the watch once again
  • Perform a clean reinstall of the app on your phone (this one is more thorough than the usual one)

Also, we'd recommend checking if the OS of your watch is up to date.

Keep us posted on how it goes.

Done. Same issue. As I said, OS version is the latest.

I have the same problem. App versions are all up to date. Watch OS is latest v8.x.

I’m not going to re-pair my watch and go through all that setup to fix a Spotify bug, btw.
