Redeem Spotify Gift Card

Hi,

Currently my account is on normal premium for 3 months as i paid 0.99 usd as of the offer . Now i got a gift card for 3 months. Can i use it in my account now. so that after my 3 months premium shall i get another 3 months more. I need a clarification in this .
