Account Hacked

Just today I discovered an unknown user accessing my spotify account and changing my songs. He started to fool me and even added me on facebook. This guy happens to be from Germany with any relation with me. He started even a conversation on facebook messenger telling me "nice facebook account". I asked him how come he entered my account to which he replied "I bought your account lol", he then specificied that he bought my account on a website.
I dont know if this is true or he just hacked my account but anyways I immediately vhanged my password... WAS SPOTIFY HACKED? Any other users having this issue?

Sorry for the wait.

 

First, can you change the password on your Spotify  and sign out everywhere on the account page.

 

Then with I would suggest you contact Spotify support so they can get some more information on the claims on the person who compromised your account.

I just got an email to my Gmail account stating my email was changed and I didn't use my gmail for my account. I have cancel my subscription but I can't change my password it has been changed as well.

Just to confirm, have you managed to cancel you Spotify subscription, and you now have an issue were you are unable to change your Spotify free password?
