Dear spotify guys,
I have a problem. It looks like my spotify account is blocked. When i try to login it says that my username or password is not correct.
But, i login via facebook and i'm 100% sure it's correct.
What i think the problem is is this; last saturday i wanted to go out so i took 2 payments back. I know, not smart but i received my collegefunds today so i wanted to pay it anyway.
My question; is this the reason that i can't login? And how can i pay?

Hey Jeremyy01, welcome to the Community. If it's flagging up that your details are incorrect on the Spotify end, it might just be a bug. If Facebook say your login details are incorrect, then they're incorrect. If you don't keep up to date on your payments, it would make sense if they just downgraded you back to Free. Can you try logging in at: https://www.spotify.com/uk/account/overview/ - and check your account status. If it prompts you to pay, it would be a good idea to do so. If it isn't, get in touch with Spotify Customer Support at: https://support.spotify.com/uk/contact-spotify-support/ - to try and see if you can get your account back up and running.
I'm sorry that you can't listen to your tunes in the meantime, but you are always welcome in the Community.
