Account lockout / hijack

Hello,

 

I have been using the same Spotify account for over 10 years.  It appears that I have been locked out of my account.  I have requested a password reset for my username but I didn't receive the email.  I have requested a password reset against my email address and Spotify informs me that my email address is not associated with Spotify.

My phone and various PCs are locked out.

 

Sounds to me that my account has been hijacked.  Can this be investigated, please?

I also use LastPass and can see the cached password (which now does not work).

I have created a new account so I can access this community.

can I send my email/username discreetly to a moderator on here and allow it to be investigated.

Hey! If you believe that your account was hacked, you can fill out the Spotify contact form. The Spotify team will then be able to try and assess what happened to your account. I hope you can recover your account soon 🙂
