Been billed twice for a year now..

Been billed twice for a year now..

Dear Spotiy and the other guys in the community,

Since february last year I´ve been charged twice from spotify. One time like the third in the month en one time arounde the 20th day of the month. It´s like 1 782 SEK that they´ve been taking, and I´m woundering how I get it back as soon as possible. When I check my subcription only one of those payments is seen, but my bank account sais otherwise. Since it´s a small number I havn´t noticed it until now, 18 month later..

 

How is this possible?
