Can't update country in settings

My Question or Issue

Hi, I recently moved to USA so I would like to change my country information in settings. I have Spotify premium, so according to this page (https://support.spotify.com/nl/article/country-region-settings/) I tried to update my payment information, but after I input a new card, it says that "Your payment method and country do not match.". So how can I update my country? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for reaching out.

In this case, you'll need to cancel your current subscription and wait for it to end. Once it has ended, you can change your country setting through the dropdown menu here.

Once that's done, you can subscribe to your desired plan using your payment method that's been issued in the US at https://spotify.com/premium.
