Cancel free trial

So I inputted my payment info to get 30 days of free premium, but after it was accepted, rather 30 days it expires tomorrow. I want to cancel it now. How though?

Based on your message, it looks like you've signed up for a 7-day trial instead of the 30-day trial.

 

You don't need to worry, if that is the case, because your subscription will automatically be canceled once the 7 days are up.

 

If you still want to try grabbing the 30-day trial again, just head here.

 

I'd suggest you giving it a go this time on a different browser, or a private browsing session.

 

You may also want to check credit/debit card troubleshooting here.

 

If it still didn't work, then I'd suggest you to contact Spotify directly through their Contact form or you can email them directly at support@spotify.com, so they can check your account from their end, and to better explain what happened.
