Cannot Recover Account

Hi There,

 

My spotify account disconnected across all of my devices. I have not changed my password and I can't login. Biggest issue is that I've tried the password reset and I'm not getting any e-mails. I've checked my junk/spam folder, I've waited over 24h between requests to recover, and I'm still not getting any e-mails.

 

I've been able to confirm that I can still receive spotify related e-mails but I'm just not getting any password recovery prompts.

 

Any help?

If you're unable to reach your account, it'd be best to reach out to our customer support team. They'll be able to have a look backstage and find out what's going on.
