Change from a family premium plan to student plan and change country

Hello, I am trying to change from a premium family plan in Canada to a student plan in the UK. I have already been verified as a student in the UK, but when I attempt to change to this plan I get an error saying 'Sorry, you are not eligible for that plan. Here are some other ways to get Premium.'. I think the issue may be because my current Spotify plan is in Canada. However, I cannot change my country via changing my payment info, because when I try to add a update my payment method to a UK credit card I am required to choose a Canadian province from the drop down menu. Please help!!

I recommend that you cancel/leave your current subscription first and once back on Spotify Free, try it again. 🙂 Instructions on how to update your country setting on Spotify Free can be found here.
