Dear Community,
today I wanted to sign in after a few weeks not using Spotify and I received the information to change my country if I wanted to continue using Spotify. I'm living in Belgium now (already since Septembre and I never got that reqest yet) but in my account settings only Austria (my home country) and Germany appear. No other options.
What can I do in order to update this information to keep using Spotify??

Can you try scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking the right corner button to change your country? Select Belgium and try this process again.

Can you try this process using another browser or Incognito Mode? It might also be worth trying another device or a different internet connection. If you have a Premium subscription, you need to pay with a payment method that matches the country you're currently in. I'd also recommend checking out this Support article for more info.

I already tried using other browsers and my mobile phone. In those cases they even only show Austria as an option. Not even Germany anymore.
I now tried Incognito Mode, as you suggested, but it didn't work. Tomorrow I can try with another internet connection.
Any other thoughts, perhaps?
