Charged 3 times in one day when accounts been cancelled over a month

I was just charged 3 times today even thoe i have not had premium for over a month so I got on Spotify to see if they did indeed give my premium again and I don't I still have a free membership I have tried to contact Spotify but was only sent some crappy copy paste email with was not help at all!!!! Fix this I do not want your program at all I don't even use the free version
