Charged 6 times and account is still free.

After my subscription canceled I found out you could get a student discount so instead of paying the regular amount I tried to subscribe again with the student discount, it kept saying the card was not working so I kept trying it and I was charged 6 times and YET my account is still free. I don't want to add the 6 payments for the next 6 months. I want my money back.
