Charging Credit Card I need to close out

I need to close out my old credit card as soon as possible and they wont let me because of the spotify charge. I need to switch the payment on my old canceled card to my new credit card. I already switched payment information on my account, but it still won't switch the charge on my canceled card from last month to my new one that I need.

Hi there! You need to reach out to Spotify Support directly for account/billing info. They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email.

It might be worth cancelling your Premium then resubscribing to see if the act of cancelling clears it?
