Cobro doble a mi tarjeta de Crédito

Buen día, por favor quisiera soporte para el problema que tengo con mi cuenta de Spotify. Es la 3er vez que me cobran doble en el mismo mes en mi tarjeta de crédito por el servicio premium Familiar. No tengo iniciada sesión con otra cuenta, nadie de mi familia está haciendo uso ni de mi cuenta ni de mi tarjeta.

El cobro se registra cada mes, el mismo día, a la misma hora. Con quien puedo solucionar esto?.... Si no hay manera de arreglarlo, cancelaré mi suscripción.

I get that you are being charged twice a month for Premium services, and if you are not aware of having a second Premium subscription in place, then this is something urgent to be taken care of. Unfortunately, we here at the Community are a public forum and can't provide you with the help needed concerning details from your personal account.
