Deleted all my offline playlists?!?!

Thank you Spotify, not only have you completely WIPED my computer of my offline playlists and cache (yes, default cache AND my custom cache folder have been reset to 0MB) but you've also wiped my phone clean - and seeing as I have no access to a big download limit for a few months you have severely hindered my user experience with your product.

Apparently I have offline playlists on more than 3 devices despite NOTHING changing except downgrading because the new Spotify changing cache location bug and downloading the new Spotify app on my phone - awesome!

Did my phone really just get wiped of 350 offline songs that I'll need to resync or am I able to recover them? If not, something should be done because this is not why I'm paying every month. If I knew I was paying for my phone and computer being WIPED CLEAN of my music  despite downloading 30-50GB and severely limiting my bandwidth I wouldn't have signed up to Spotify. This is ridiculous.
