Deleting accounts? Need some help..

Hello!

I'm new to the Spotify community.

I just made Spotify recently, because my sister recommended it to me.

But now I no longer want to keep my account.

I have already tried adding ".del" to the end of my e-mail address, this did not work.

I also tried contacting the customer support, which also didn't help me at all.

I've looked at other forums and threads, to no avail.

I really believe you guys should make an easy way to delete accounts. This is quite irritating and not what I would expect.

How do I PERMANENTLY delete my account?

Unfortunately its unlikely the community will be able to help resolve your issue, as you need to confirm details with customer services before they will delete your account. 

I would suggest you contact them directly using the online contact form again however this time, if you recieve an automated reply, send your message again as a reply to this email and it will be looked at by a member of the team 😉 They should be able to assist you directly.
