Email in spanish.

I receive email from you in Spanish or a language similar to it . Why? Im from Norway so find it a bit irritating 

I know someone have been using my account and have taken the steps to stop that . 

Can you see where they are using it ? And if its any where but norway block them ?

And you really need a new way for people to contact you . I have tried 4 times  and given up 3

how do you block spanish commericals  I live in America Speak Englist or SELF Deport and there is no email support to scream about getting this trash removed
