Hi there. I seem to be getting nowhere with a compliant, over a month in and numerous emails. It feels like I'm talking to a wall. How do I get to talk to someone that can do something for me? As it stands I cancel my premium subscription in 2 days.

I'm assuming you have been using the online contact form to get in touch? 

Have you tried directly replying to one of the automated email replys, they normally get sent to a staff member who can assist you. 

I will also see if I can find someone to look into this for you!
