I changed from premium to family. And sent out the link but my family can't log in or have access to anything. Am I doing something wrong?

Are they seeing any error messages when trying to accept the invite?

Yes they are and that the are apart of another subscription

It sounds like they're trying to accept the invite while being logged into your account. They can only accept the invite while being logged into their own account.

 

If they don't have a Spotify account yet, they can sign up on https://spotify.com/signup
