Hello! How can i invite again a family member that has been "banned" from the plan? We recently join the family subscription a week ago and my brother mistyped the postal code when applying to my invitation to the plan and today he received a mail that his account was retired from the plan, i tried to invite it him again but it appears to him that he can't enter to this subscription again.

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
