I opened a free account with Spotify.  It claims that I can listen to any and all of the music on its site.  However, each time I selected a genre and tried to shuffle the songs I got the message that that particular song is not available.  This turned out to be true for every song on the playlist.  There does not appear to be any way of contacting Spotify in order to get some clarification on their account types.  Frankly, I am loathe to upgrade to a paying account with a service that seems to take pride in avoiding their customers.  I use, or should say I tried to use, Spotify with my Sonos speaker.  Note to Spotify:  Sonos has excellent customer service, as does Apple, Amazon and so on.  Sincerely, Richard King

What device, operating system, and Spotify version are you using? Does this happen on a different device?

 

Try logging out and back in to see if it helps. You can also try restarting Spotify.
