Got an issue 'bout payment

i paid premium amountfor students, as you can see at attachment but my account didnt upgrade to premium account .Can you solve this problem please?

Yes my payment is on the 3rd of the month. And my account was turned off on the 1st. I have been a loyal customer for a while now. Why are you billing​me 2 days early. And turning off my account.
