Hello! The app doesn't recognize my account as premium and i cannot run it.

I have a Mac Book Pro 2011 running Macos 10.8.5 due to the programs i use for work and last friday it was everything OK till the afternoon, when the app didn't recognize my profile as premium anymore and runs an error message 409: the app only works for premium users.

I'm a premium user, everything it's ok in other devices (celular, other computer) but only in my 10.8.5 macos doesn't work...

What I have to do?

Thanks for reaching out. Can you try having a clean reinstall of the app to make sure it's updated? Just follow these steps. I'd also recommend checking out this Support article for more help with your issue.
