How can I find an old account/wrapped playlists

My Question or Issue

I have a free account where I followed some artists but didn't make playlists and I thought I had Wrapped for 2018 but I cannot find the one for my account. Could it be possible I did not use the account enough?

Thanks for reaching out.

There are always quite a few factors that go into deciding who's eligible for Wrapped. 🙂 Those requirements change a bit every year, so it's difficult to find out what the reason was. You can try searching for Spotify Wrapped in the app and it should show you your Wrapped Playlists there.

You can do this by looking for emails from Spotify in your email accounts. You can also request a password reset to see if there's an account associated with a specific email address. 🙂

If the account you're trying to locate is on Premium, then it might also be possible to locate it through support.
