I am charged for free trial

Hello.

 

Yesterday I received an e-mail that I could get 30 days free trial of premium. I signed up, but I was charged a full month. Why is that??

If you have had the free trial before, you wouldn't have got it a second time. Did you receive an email receipt from spotify saying they had debited the full amount? If so, you can get in touch with the payment team hereIf you get an automated response directing you back to the community or to the help pages, make sure to reply to it directly to speed things along.
