I can not unsubscribe from spotify premium

Good morning.

I'm using Spotify Spain. I have a serious problem, and that creates an email account on yahoo and checked a user in spotify premium to access the free month, even if it had the number of my credit card. The mobile which used this account I have lost and can not remember the username and the email account that you create for it, so I have no way to unsubscribe, and I will start charging monthly for a premium account I can not even use.

I need help, please.

If you could get in touch with the accounts team here, they will lend a hand. Provide as much information about the account as you can, as a last resort they can normally track down accounts using your payment details but that is tricky!:

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
