I can't change the country to Russia, but the spotify app requires me to change it

Is there anything I can help out with?

 

If so, can you let me know a little more about whatโ€™s happening exactly? Keep in mind that Spotify is currently unavailable in Russia, so you won't be able to change the country of your account to Russia at the moment.
