Please Kindly to check my account.

because I never Use the other one and already Cancel the premium. because I lost my password and I cant get into my email. and the other thing is I cant login anymore (because different country - I was Live in USA then moved back to Asia).

 

please Kindly solved this problem.

my account that active is putrasoetoto@gmail.com same as my facebook account.

but I never open the other and cant get in back. (cant log in)

You should fill out the contact form, logged in with the account you actually use, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you within 24 hrs. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
