I was living in the U.S. and created my Spotify accountand loved it, but I was travelling for about a month so when I came back to Brazil I decided to buy the Premium but the purchase was declined because my account is U.S. and I have a brazillian credit card also I cound'nt listen to any of the musics. How can I listen to Spotify again, I heard that it came onto Brazil but I can't use, could somebody help me?

Have you tried following these steps from the FAQ?

The problem I'm having is that on Brazil Spotfy is working as invite only, but I have an account and decided to buy the premium, but my account isn't enbled in Brazil, I cant'  buy, change my country or even enter the invite code, because I already have an existing account.

Quickest way to get your country swapped over is to get in touch via Twitter: @SpotifyCares.

You can also get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to do it for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
