I payed for premium but it doesn't show in my account

I payed for premium but it doesn't show in my account

Help. I have premium Family for a while now. The last time I payed was June 11th (2023), so less than a month ago. Suddenly since Yesterday Spotify changed my abonnement to Spotify Free. I don't understand why. It doesn't help to log out en log back in. I am logged in with the same e-mailaddress. In my login I can see that I payed June 11th. How do I get my premium Family back without paying twice??

If your account was suddenly reverted to free after you've paid, there might've been some issues processing your payment. In this case, it's best to contact your bank and check if the payment was refunded. If yes, try subscribing again here.
