Keeps asking me to discover more music!!

Every few times I open up the Spotify window (not log in, it is already logged in) this window pops up that says "Discover New Music" with a little toggle for "share what I listen to, to facebook." I click "I already have a spotify account" and then it takes me to a log in screen with a username and password. I then ESC this box because I used facebook to log in and now do not have the Username/password login available. 

If this was a rare occurance i'd just get over it, but it's every 30 mins at least (even as I'm listening to music). It is incredibly annoying and any help would be much appreciated! Thank you!
