Log in with my email, but someone else has their facebook attached to my account?

My Question or Issue

 When I log into the Spotify application on my MacBook Pro or Windows 10 desktop with my email address I have someone elses account come up. I have read a few people have had the same issue and it is because someone has linked their Facebook account to my Spotify. Can someone help me unlink it so that I can get my music back?

Some little spanish kid has taken over my account 😞

Could you change the email in the account? If you visit Spotify.com > Profile > Account > Edit your profile you can change the email to one not associated with your Facebook, this may help.

I can see my email address there, but can not change it.
