Lost Spotify Password/Facebook Password Changed.

I am logged in user name mperloe, and my Facebook address was changed. I do not know if I am a facebook log in or a Spotify login and do not remember the password. I just can't connect to Facebook through spotify. how do I change my facebook password within spotify?

Hey 🙂

There is no way to change your Facebook password from within Spotify. 

If you want to change the Facebook account password that is connected with your Spotify account, you can use the "Disconnect from Facebook" button in the Edit > Preferences menu to remove the connection and then reconnect using the correct password.

I tried both from the webpage, and the Spotify app. No Edit preferences. There is a profile tab that offers Manual Connect to Facebook, but when I click that it says I am already connected. No way to do that from Spotify. Do I complete this by removing the Spotify app on Facebook and reinstalling it there?

What Spotify application are you using? Windows/Mac or a mobile device?

Inside the Windows application, if you to to Edit which is in the top menu, and then to preferences, do you see a button that says "Disconnect from Facebook" or "Connect to Facebook"? 

You will only be able to see them if you are signed in using a spotify account.
