Lost spotify family subcription after faulty payment

Hay,

 

We had a family subcription to Spotify. On the 7th of February the payment for that subcription was due but there was not enough money on our bank account to make te payment.

 

The FAQ states that there should be several try's and at least a notification when the payment doesn't come through. We notice none of this en we did not recipe even a notification, but we lost our family subscription.

 

What should we do now? Do we just get a new subscription and ad every family member anew?

Yeah, if you're back on the Free plan you should be able to re-subscribe to Premium for Family without any issues.
