Me cobraron plan individual si tengo oferta de 3 meses gratis, me pueden devolver el cobro?? O mejor cancelo el servicio para que ya no me esten cobrando??

The 3 months intro offer has some special requirements to be purchased including that the account has never been on Premium and the payment method hasn't been used before in Spotify. However, if you meet those requirements, since we don't have access to users' accounts in the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Support directly, so they can check your account, explain what happened and help you further.
