Ya que no hace mucho estaba en el de un vecino pero lo cancelo y entonces mi hermano decidió adquirirlo pero ya no me puede unir

The Family plan is a group subscription for up to 6 users that live together. If you're having issues joining the plan, we'd recommend first trying to accept the invite on an incognito window as it doesn't save the cache that may interfere with the process.

However, keep in mind that an account can only be part of 2 group subscriptions every 12 months. In this case, as it could be account-related due to your recent change of plans and we don't have access to user's accounts in the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer Support directly, so they can check your account and help you further.
