My iPhone X just suddenly started playing music. Is someone using my accoun

My Siri is not activated and I’m not sure If someone else has a using my account. I have one single premium account that I am using an 2 devices: my phone and Mac. Someone please help as I am quite concerned.

It's possible that other 3rd party apps may be trying to initialize music playback - one example is the fitness app "Polar Flow", which has special notification access, allowing it to launch Spotify automatically.

Could you please search your phone's settings for Notification access and disable the notification permissions for Polar Flow or any other app you might assume would want audio playback control?
