I had an ongoing 14 days challenge but now the progress is not showing in reward section

Can't open rewards section it shows error

It'd be great if you could even send us a screenshot or two showing what you see from your end, just make sure no sensitive is visible. You can attach them to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor.
