My subscription plan has been wrongly changed and I've been charged for a full year

My subscription plan has been wrongly changed and I've been charged for a full year

My subscription plan has always been to pay for spotify premium monthly, but this month (on the 9th of November) I was charged for a full year. I did not change the subscription plan and I can't afford to pay that much money at this time. Is there any way to change my subscription back to monthly as well as giving a refund for the 11 months that I did not want to pay for at the moment?

It should be possible. Please use the online contact form and someone at Spotify can help get this sorted. If you get an automated response directing you back to the community or to the help pages, make sure to reply to it directly to speed things along.
