My Question or Issue

There is no user interface in Spotify after I restarted my computer several times (As below). I have tried to delete everything and reinstall it and tried to turn off the Hardware Acceleration option. Nothing works. Any help???

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

 

Try the following:

  1. Go to “C:\Users\#USERNAME#\AppData\Local\Spotify” in your file browser.
  2. Find the AppData folder in the Spotify application then delete this folder. Or you can directly search for this folder to delete it.

If that doesn't do the trick:

  1. Uninstall the app and all the cache files again.
  2. Download it again from this link .
  3. Make sure the address http://spclient.wg.spotify.com is added as an exception to the firewall and any anti-virus software you're running.
  4. Try running the app as Administrator.
