Not getting Premium....

Not getting Premium....

I've been subscribed to Premium to awhile now, not too sure when, but I'd say over a year. However, since the recent update, my account is no longer a premium account. The last payment to come out of my account was the 30th June. I've tried reinstalling to my pc, and logging out of all my other devices, but it still hasn't worked.

Hi! If you log in at the "regular" Spotify website, you can check your status (Premium, Family etc.). Depending on your status, you should renew your subscription or contact Spotify support.
