I bought spotify premium at 7eleven.
every time I write the code, I get Oops! Something went wrong, please try again or check out our help section.
and I have tried the code several times.
would be very happy if someone can help me

Hi I'm having the same problem. I bought mine at Konsum in Sweden and have tried it several times as well without any luck :S

I have the same problem, but mine doesn't work at all. I returned my first premium card to try out a new one, but I can't redeem that code either. What should I do? Please help!

I would recommend you have a read at this thread, there is currently an issue with premium codes.

Will hopefully be resolved in the next few days.
