Hey there is no customer service for you guys. It's strange in this day and age you don't have any customer service at all.

Anyway, could you guys delay a payment for a week.. You guys just aren't in sync with my pay cycle. The scary thing is, you guys don't seem to take enquires, so if it does lapse, I might shop elsewhere for a company that I can actually contact.

Hello, @Anaryl! I don't know if it's possible to delay a payment for a week, however... If your account runs out of premium, you will still have a few days to provide new payment details so that Spotify can charge you for the service; during this time your account is still on its premium level. I know it's not much but at least it buys you some time.
