Playlist / Premium account gone

Hi all,

I accidentally deleted my spotify app on Facebook a couple of minutes ago. Then I opened Spotify and noticed that:

- My playlists are gone / My selection too

- I longer have a premium account

Help me please 😞

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand to get your account restored.

The Spotify application on you Facebook accounts maps your Facebook login details to you real Spotify account on Spotify's servers, so removing it makes the app think you don't have an account when you log back in again since it can't find your details. Luckily, your old account will still be in the system, so the support guys can help you restore it. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
