Playlist missing from public profile

I chose to make one of my playlists collaborative until I realized that removed it from my public profile.  I have now removed the collaborative tag and made the playlist public, but it still does not appear on my public profle.  I would just make a new one, but there are many people following that playlist.  It also does not appear in any search results.  This playlists NEEDS to be discoverable both on my profile and via search.  Please advise.  The following is a link to the playlist.
