My Question or Issue

Since a couple of weeks I try to add an account for my younger son. Every time I try, Spotify asks me to enter our address. So far, so good. 

After I entered and confirmed the address Spotify tells me "An error accured, try again later". 

At first I thought it would help to wait a couple of days and try again. But Every time I try to add my sons account the result is as described above...

I'm sorry to hear this.

Could you try sending another invite? When your son goes to accept it, make sure they do it on their account.

 

If that doesn't help, try the same thing with a different valid email address.
